it has really been ages before my last post...
hehe...
I read a book during my long n mayb my last long holiday...
it is The Power...
it talks about the power of LOVE...
n the POWER of thought by just feeling good...
It is quite true when you think about those experiences...
n I have personally experienced some before too...
however,
I still haven't reached the level where I can straight away rebounce from any failure or stg like that...
becos TTT (thing takes time)...
I think there is still room for improvement for me to deal with my negative emotion...
actually mayb i shouldn't think of ways to deal with them...
becos I should be feeling positive...
and by feeling positive,
these negative feelings should be gone without I even noticing them...
hopefully everything will turn out good for me n for everyone else...
all of us can have wonderful days...
n just start thinking POSITIVELY...
really, trust me, it helps...
although I still dun noe how to prove it to u...
but no harm trying...

hey, I face the same problem... and you don't need to be smart to have the power.
I learn that from Harry Potter. In the story, u cannot use Patronus charm when you can't feel happy. Hope you notice that every antagonist in the story fails to feel happy. (Sephiroth, Voldemort, Vegeta, Sasuke, Darth Vader) At times, protagonists are actually more selfish than those 'bad' guys.
I'm afraid of myself. I forgot happiness more than 10 years ago. Prefer loneliness and darkness. To me, life and death is the same. I never believe I deserve to be human, nor to be loved.
I wish I'm nothing.
